The Lounge is a 546 sq ft reception area, featuring hightop tables and chairs, two couches, a flatscreen TV, and a bar, perfect for receptions, parties, photo or video shoots, and other events. Able to accommodate up to 30 people, the Lounge can be used as its own space or as a supplement to an additional studio. Rental rate includes exclusive use of the Lounge, amenities, and current furnishings. Additional tables and chairs can be rented for an added fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must occur prior to 72 hours before the allotted time. Any cancellations that occur within 72 hours of the booking will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment within 48 hours once, without incurring any additional charges. Should you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
